An Adaptive Bike Clinic will be co-hosted by Oregon Disability Sports with Adventures Without Limits, Portland Parks & Recreation and Shriners Hospital, on the East Bank Esplanade, Portland Oregon, Sunday June 1st from 9 am - 1 pm. Try different types of adaptive bikes for all types of disabilities. A couple of "abled bodies" who are familiar with handcycles are needed to volunteer for a couple of hours Sunday morning. Volunteers will pair up with someone who needs to be fitted onto a bike. Then once on the bike, the participant will practice riding in the near by vicinity and if they are comfortable can ride up and down the Esplanade with their volunteer. If you can help, contact Trisha Suhr, Executive Director of Oregon Disability Sports, trisha@oregondisabilitysports.net
