The Vernonia Trail Head at Anderson Park, Vernonia, OR.
Located south of downtown Vernonia at the south end of Adams and Jefferson Avenues.
Description: The Banks/Vernonia trail is a premier ‘'Rails toTrails'’ trail in
Oregon. The ride will include a ride around Vernonia Lake which is accessible to all our riders both in distance and terrain. Some riders will want to continue on to the Washington County line. August 19th & 20th Rides

Title: Waterfront Renaissance Trail

Where:
Meet at Wintler Park Situated on the bank of the Columbia River.
Description:
This 14-foot-wide, shared-use concrete trail is the crowning jewel of Vancouver's Columbia River Waterfront Renaissance, connecting the downtown area to the city's long-neglected shoreline. The trail follows the Columbia River, passing Vancouver Landing, the Captain Vancouver Monument and the plaza dedicated to Ilchee, a Native Indian chief's daughter.

The Water Resources Education Center lies along the trail, as do the Old Apple Tree, Marine Park, Kaiser Viewing Tower and Shipyards, and Tidewater Cove. Along the way are shops, restaurants and great places to picnic, play or just enjoy the view. The trail will continue east with the future Wintler Park extension. Title: Springwater Corridor Trail

Description: The trail has easy access from the park. This is an easy ride on flat terrain.

Title: Hagg Lake

Where:
Henry Hagg Lake and Scoggins Valley Park
Description:
We will meet at Elks Picnic Area. This ride will be on a bike lane that makes an eleven mile loop around Henry Hagg Lake. The terrain is rolling hills making this a ride for advanced riders. Getting there is easy. Just go west on Highway 8 (TV Hwy) through Hillsboro until you see the Forest Grove junction with Highway 47. Go left (south) on Highway 47 until you see the Hagg Lake/Scoggins Valley Park signs (5.9). Turn right at the signs and drive straight to the Park entrance (3.7 miles).
