May 6th & 7th Rides

Where: Vera Katz Eastbank Esplanade Festival Plaza parking lot, under the Hawthorne Bridge at SE Main off of SE Water Ave in Portland.
Description: The trail has easy access from the parking lot. We encourage those looking for accessible recreational rides to join us.

Title: Hagg Lake

Henry Hagg Lake and Scoggins Valley Park
Description:
We will meet at Elks Picnic Area. This ride will be on a bike lane that makes an eleven mile loop around Henry Hagg Lake. The terrain is rolling hills making this a ride for advanced riders. Getting there is easy. Just go west on Highway 8 (TV Hwy) through Hillsboro until you see the Forest Grove junction with Highway 47. Go left (south) on Highway 47 until you see the Hagg Lake/Scoggins Valley Park signs (5.9). Turn right at the signs and drive straight to the Park entrance (3.7 miles). April 15th & 16th Rides

Title: Waterfront Renaissance Trail

Waterfront Park located at the east end of the I-5 Bridge, this 5-acre site is the starting point for the Waterfront Renaissance Trail.
Description:
This 14-foot-wide, shared-use concrete trail is the crowning jewel of Vancouver's Columbia River Waterfront Renaissance, connecting the downtown area to the city's long-neglected shoreline. The trail follows the Columbia River, passing Vancouver Landing, the Captain Vancouver Monument and the plaza dedicated to Ilchee, a Native Indian chief's daughter.

The Water Resources Education Center lies along the trail, as do the Old Apple Tree, Marine Park, Kaiser Viewing Tower and Shipyards, and Tidewater Cove. Along the way are shops, restaurants and great places to picnic, play or just enjoy the view. The trail will continue east with the future Wintler Park extension. Title: Midge Cramer Trail

Where: Midge Cramer Trail, Corvallis, OR. Meet at the Allan Brothers 2nd St. Beanery
Description: The trails run past grass fields, a mixed forest of Douglas firs and oaks on the side of Bald Hill and wetlands. Enjoy viewing llamas, a covered bridge and the OSU dairy herd on a road closed to all vehicles except an occasional farm tractor or truck.
