The 2006 Ride Schedule provides recreational rides for beginning or advanced riders suitable for handcycle.
Saturday rides are leisurely, two hours or less in length, and on easy terrain. We will take time to address your questions and learn from your experience. The rides will be tailored to your abilities. Saturday rides will be in the
Sunday rides will be up to four hours in length and the terrain may contain some hills. We will frequently go outside the

Who We Are:
The following are some of the participants from 2005.
Althea is a Civil Engineer.
Beverly is a teacher and one of our faithful assistants.
Chris is a student and got acquainted with us through Oregon Disability Sports.
Donna is an Occupational Therapist and has led many of our rides.

Ethan is a Server Administrator and our bike mechanic.
Hari is a Programmer and willing assistant.

Ian is Executive Director of Oregon Disability Sports.
Julia accompanies Suzanne and is a frequent participant.
Ken, and Happy his dog, come on many of our trail rides
Kevin is a dispatcher for the Forestry Dept. and a very experienced rider.

Levi, at six years old is a long distance rider…nearly 30 miles!

Martha participated in our handcycle clinic and rode in the Portland Bridge Pedal in her first year on a handcycle.

Martin is a Data Architect and rides about a thousand miles a year.

Randi accompanies Suzanne and is a helpful assistant.

Saty is a Physician who fixes many flats. He had maybe a dozen last year. ;~)

Suzanne is an Environmental Attorney with a great sense of humor!
